Global land availability is becoming a concern with increasing population. To address this challenge, Exceed Energy Inc. has optimized the subsurface wells placement to generate between 200MW-300MW in 15000sq ft (3.44 acres) of land parcel capable of powering ~250,000 homes and large industries at >98% capacity factor on a 24/7 baseload making it the most competitive power development operator to date. This paper outlines the unique methodology, extensibility capabilities developed and their benefits.
This innovative design with higher TRL design, derived from the oil and gas sector, stands out as a extremely competitive solution for sustainable long-term power generation in regions facing land and water scarcity. By leveraging state-of-the-art technologies such as directional drilling and relief well intercept concepts, we effectively create a robust infinity-looped wellbore that maintains well integrity. Our drilling methodology employs advanced electromagnetic signal measurements and geo-steering to strategically position wells in optimal heat sink reservoirs. Furthermore, we utilize a highly corrosive resistant alloy casing with modified metallurgy, equipped with a latch assembly rated for 650°F, ensuring infinity loop and superior performance.
